These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 5z999 ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 5z999 online casino and sports betting platform at 5z999.club and all associated mobile, web and application interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

Eligibility Requirements

• You must be a natural person opening an account for your own personal use, not a corporation, trust or other legal entity.

• You must not have been previously excluded from the Platform or had a prior 5z999 account closed for breach of these Terms.

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the 5z999 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, contact details, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same person, 5z999 will close all accounts, void any bonuses obtained and may confiscate winnings associated with activity conducted under duplicate accounts.

5z999 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any time deemed appropriate. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is satisfactorily resolved.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password and any one-time passwords issued to your registered mobile number. Deposits

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile financial service account used for deposits where possible. The minimum withdrawal is ৳200. 5z999 does not charge platform fees on withdrawals. Verified accounts are typically processed within 5 minutes during operational hours. Processing times for unverified accounts may be longer pending KYC review.

• You may only withdraw funds to a payment account registered in your own name. 5z999 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• 5z999 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of account age or prior verification status.
• Withdrawals requested while an active bonus is attached to your account will be subject to the applicable wagering requirement before the withdrawal is released.
• 5z999 will not be responsible for delays caused by the player's mobile financial service provider, including network outages, maintenance windows or provider-side processing delays.

In the event of a conflict between a bonus-specific term and these general Terms, the bonus-specific term will prevail in relation to that bonus only.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players with a verified 5z999 account who have made at least one qualifying deposit, unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The applicable rollover multiplier will be clearly stated in the bonus-specific terms before you accept the bonus. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

Welcome Bonus

New players who complete account registration and their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for the 5z999 welcome bonus.
